Refunds or exchanges are not available on personalized items; each order is custom made especially for you.
We do not issue credits or refunds on shipping charges.
Restocking fees may apply to customers who wish to cancel their order IF the order has not begun processing. If processing has begun , it will be up to owners discretion as to whether or not to approve the cancellation request.
All items are personalized based on the information that you provide to us. If a mistake is made on your part, the item is yours to keep. Before you make your purchase, please check to make sure all names/monograms are correct. We have no way of knowing how someone’s monogram or name is spelled.
If you believe a mistake was made on our part, often times photo documentation of the mistake / issue will be requested. We cannot issue a store credit or refund without photo proof of the mistake.
Email us ahead of time with any questions or concerns you may have prior to purchasing your product.
Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your items if Southern Prep Boutique has made a mistake on your order. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or credits on shipping costs. If we make a mistake on your item, we will exchange it with the same item that was ordered, or issue a store credit.
